The Orlando Sentinel has relocated their East Volusia County Marketing office to the 444 Seabreeze building. Eric Alexander of Charles Wayne Properties is the leasing agent for the building. The tenant was represented by James A. Wilder, CCIM, SIOR of Realty Capital TCN Worldwide out of Orlando.
Since purchasing the Seabreeze building, the owners have spent more than $2 million dollars in renovations so far to completely renovate all common areas. “The renovations, together with the outstanding views of the ocean, intracoastal and peninsula have helped us in attracting top, national, regional and local professional office tenants”, said Alexander.
