David Konchan is a Broker Associate with Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. in Daytona Beach, FL. He is active in all aspects of commercial real estate throughout Central Florida.  He has worked with developers, investors, and residential clients to meet their business and personal real estate goals. 

Mr. Konchan spent ten years in the mountains of central Colorado working as a resident engineer.  Mr. Konchan brings extensive project management experience and proficiency in a wide range of civil engineering venues.   As a project manager, he has managed the development of a multi-family condominium complex in Aspen, Colorado.  In the field of civil engineering, he has worked on numerous civil engineering projects, serving as design engineer and project manager.  Mr. Konchan relocated to Florida in 2001, and continued in the field of civil engineering as a project manager/design engineer for Zev Cohen & Associates in Ormond Beach.  In this capacity he worked on dozens of site design and permitting projects for commercial, institutional and residential development clients. 

In 2002, Mr. Konchan moved into commercial and residential real estate.  Mr. Konchan is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, through which clients have access to the areas multiple listing services.  He has assisted many clients in the acquisition and sale of properties, including assistance in coordinating, permitting and development issues.

Mr. Konchan received his BA in Geography from the University of California Santa Barbara.  He also served in the United States Air Force 355th Tactical Fighter Wing.
