Jon Rose is Vice President - Site Selection for Charles Wayne Properties, concentrating on single-purpose businesses, such as restaurants, financial institutions, and automotive service companies.

Jon Rose earned his Bachelor's Degree from Brown University in 1965 and his Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University in 1967.

Jon started his business career in advertising where he spent 11 years with J. Walter Thompson.  He then transferred to the client side where Jon was Vice President of Marketing for General Mills and Victoria Station from the late 1970's through the early 1980's. In 1983 he became actively involved in the marketing of freestanding sites for restaurants and retailers.  He has been involved with most of the Shoney's and Arby's site selections in central Florida, as well as sales to Taco Bell, McDonald's, Perkins, TGI Friday's, Rio Bravo, Exxon, Amoco, Circle-K, Barnett Bank and many others. 

He continues to actively market sites throughout central Florida for major restaurants and retailers.
