Mr. Steve Curtis, President of Charles Wayne Construction Services, brings 32 years of project management experience with extensive expertise managing the development of both commercial and residential projects.

Prior to joining Charles Wayne Construction Services, Mr. Curtis was Vice-President of Real Estate and Development for Stonewood Holdings, LLC.  His responsibilities included site feasibility, lease or purchase negotiation, due diligence, conceptual design, architectural and engineering management, value engineering, capital planning, permitting, bidding, and construction management for 17 restaurant projects in Florida and North Carolina.

Mr. Curtis also held various executive positions managing the design, permitting and construction of restaurant projects for Ragazzi's Inc., Papa Johns New England, LLC, and Dunderbak, LLC.  During the last 16 years, Mr. Curtis has successfully completed 70 restaurant projects in eight states.

Prior to specializing in restaurant development, Mr. Curtis spent 16 years working in the residential construction industry with experience as a Regional Construction Manager responsible for overseeing the development and construction of single-family custom homes, multi-family town homes, duplexes, condominiums, and small commercial retail centers in North and South Carolina.
