Steven Katz is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent, has a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University, a Masters in Health Care Administration from Tulane University and has earned Diplomate status to the Board of Governors of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Katz is currently a Course Director and Academic Faculty Member at Palmer College Chiropractic - Florida.

Dr. Katz has professional experience as an accountant with the federal government. He was a health care provider for twenty years in private practice. He was in academic health care management at the LSU School of Medicine. He has served as a consultant to doctors as buyers and sellers in the practice acquisition market.

Steven is now working as a Sales Agent at Charles Wayne. He will represent both Buyers and Sellers in the healthcare sector involved with the acquisition and finance of an existing practice. His unique blend of education and field experience enables him to provide professional services such as: reliable evaluations of practice reimbursement and operational plans; valuation of existing practice assets and liabilities; effective ownership transition plans; and successful finance strategies to fund the venture. 

Steven currently resides in Port Orange with his wife Miriam. He has a son currently serving as a Captain in the USMC and one son in attendance at Universal Technical Institute, Orlando.
