Mr. Bryant is Vice President of Finance and Administration of Charles Wayne Properties.  He joined us in August of 1996 bringing with him over 13 years of accounting and financial experience.  Here at Charles Wayne, he oversees the property management functions in addition to managing all accounting functions for both owned and managed properties/companies.  Prior to Charles Wayne, he was Vice President Treasurer/Controller of a local mortgage and title company.  There he managed over $151 million in receivables, prepared annual budgets and controlled all the financial reporting requirements.  In addition to controller functions, he directed human resources, facilities and management information services. 

Mr. Bryant worked for ITT Community Development Corporation for 9 years as a Product Line Controller.  The products included timeshare development, retail land sales, mortgage originations/ servicing and abstracting/title insurance.  During his tenure, he implemented lock box payments systems, converted main frame based systems to personal computer networks and automated numerous reports/analyses.        

A 1980 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  Mr. Bryant is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and has received accreditation for a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).  He is active in charitable and civic associations.
