Kent Estates is located in Beaufort County, west of the town of Bluffton. The property has frontage on SC Hwy 170 to the west across from the southeast corner of Sun City Hilton Head.  A strategy for a planned development with residential and business communities that become a part of the fabric of Bluffton is the mission.

The intent is to create a community that is connected with its past but which looks to the future and is adaptable to changing trends and community needs.
